-Demonstrate various instructional support strategies to assist classroom teachers
-Identify strategies to support classroom environments & apply materials to meet the goals of multicultural requirements
-Recognize appropriate instructional support materials that represent & support various cultures & abilities
-Review adult social/emotional competencies & what they look like & why they are important
-Recognize appropriate ways to direct a student's emotions, thoughts, impulses/stress in constructive ways
-Identify specific roles in support of classroom management & student discipline
-Define the philosophy of an inclusive & equitable learning environment
-Identify equitable & inclusive strategies that can be used to support a positive & safe learning environment including de-escalation strategies
-Describe the safety procedures required in various classroom settings (including CTE & Tech Ed classroom where applicable)
