Treatment Plan Development

As a part of the full treatment package, schools will receive 80 hours of hands on training from a BECS director for the entire school team working with the student including para-educators, special education teachers, general education teachers, related service providers, and more. BECS also offers professional development packages that can include on-site trainings for school staff to observe the implementation of skills and strategies taught during professional development. In the 6 month implementation period, direct BCBA supervision will be provided to the student for 2 hours per week.  In addition, director supervision will be provided 2 hours per week to oversee the program developed.   Regular data driven decision making will be used to revise treatment plan as needed.
Behavior Experts for Child Success provides a comprehensive Treatment Plan Development service that involves several key steps to ensure the creation of an individualized program tailored to meet each child's unique needs. The process begins with an initial consultation, where clients meet with the BECS Consulting Team to discuss their child's needs and goals. During this consultation, an Initial Intake Assessment Form is completed, and initial goals are drafted.

Following the consultation, a schedule is set for observation, during which BECS staff meet and introduce themselves to the child's support team and observe the child and team throughout a school day. Necessary evaluations are then performed by BECS Team Members, including observations by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Based on these evaluations, IEPs, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) are written in collaboration with the child's support team.

Once the assessment phase is complete, the program development phase begins. BECS develops an individualized program that specifically addresses how goals will be taught, creating a program binder for reference. Training sessions are provided for the child's support team prior to and during the implementation of the program, with 1:1 modeling and support offered to the team during implementation. Throughout the process, BECS works closely with the child's support team to ensure that the program is effective and meets the child's needs.
