Ms. Oswald graduated in 2008 from Antioch University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education with a Special Education Endorsement. She earned her Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Seattle Pacific University in 2020. Ms. Oswald has been teaching in the public school setting and serving students with social, emotional, behavioral needs for 16 years. She is a highly competent individual who not only provides emotional support and guidance to students and families, but also demonstrates a commitment to supporting the growth of her staff. She focuses on the well-being of students, and her rock-solid belief in the right of every child to participate in and benefit from a positive and appropriate education is a priority to her. Ms. Oswald demonstrates strong knowledge in human behavior, human relations, and crisis management and her passion for working with students and families to promote inclusion and success is the foundational belief of BECS.
