Tiered Paraeducator Services
BECS offers three levels of paraeducator support to meet the needs of diverse learners:
- General Inclusion Support
- For students who benefit from academic or social support in inclusive classrooms.
- Behavioral Support Paraeducator
- For students requiring consistent behavioral strategies throughout the day.
- Intensive Behavioral Support (CPI-Trained)
- For students with significant behavioral challenges needing crisis prevention, de-escalation, and close coordination with school teams and licensed professionals.
In addition to long-term placements, BECS maintains a trained substitute pool to ensure continuous classroom coverage and uninterrupted student support.
